Warm the butter up, and stir it together with the flour to a butter bun. Gently pour the milk in a little at a time, and whisk it together, so the sauce gets a steady consistency. Pour a thin layer of sauce in a heat-proof platter. Then a layer of precooked lagsagneplader, a layer of spinach and a layer of salmon. Finish with the thin gravy. Behind in a 175-degree warm oven for about ½ hour.
