4 | Lamb steaks (cut back) (a). approximately 150 g | |
4 | tbsp | Oil |
Instructions for Lamb steak with garlic julienne
To prepare the Lamb steak with garlic julienne recipe, please follow these instructions:
The vegetables are rinsed, made and cut into finger-hinged, strip-shaped strips. Garlic cloves are peeled and chopped well. The meatballs are rubbed thoroughly with pepper.
Hot 3 tbsp. Oil up on a pan, spread the meat for about 3 minutes on each side, sprinkle with salt and warm on a serving dish.
Heat the rest of the oil and butter on a pan and allow the vegetables and chopped garlic to add a dry salt spin for 4 minutes with stirring. The vegetables must still be crisp when done.
Recipe the vegetable strips around the lamb and serve the dish immediately.
tips:
Julienne is the term for quite thin vegetable strips, mostly from root vegetables such as carrots, celery, leeks and onions. The strips are sprinkled with a little salt and steamed for a short while in butter. A delicious and decorative accessory for many dishes.
