To prepare the Lamb culotte with Greek cucumber salad recipe, please follow these instructions:
Scratch the fat on each culotte down to the meat. Rub with salt and the stuffed squeezed garlic cloves. Place them in a frying pan and brown on the second row of the oven under the grill at 275 degrees for 12 minutes. Take them out. Put a piece of foil over, a thick dish on it.
Cut the cucumbers into thin slices, mix in a bowl of a little salt, cheese and oil.
Cut potatoes into smaller pieces and spread them on a baking pan with baking paper. Mix the oil in. Stir the potatoes in the middle of the oven at 200 degrees for 12-14 minutes, turn a little around in them to make them beautiful golden everywhere. Put half the garlic, brushed with olive oil and lettuce, together with the potatoes.
Step the culots finished in the oven under the potatoes. Depending on how pink you want the meat, you can give it a little barbecue just before serving. Cut into thin slices and serve with cucumber salad decked with olives and potatoes lightly sprinkle with salt.
