Instructions for Lady and Vagabondens food (healthy)

To prepare the Lady and Vagabondens food (healthy) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Sprinkle 2 carrots and 1 onion and 2 cloves of garlic on a raw iron.
Oatmeal is ground in mortar (optional).
Vegetables and oatmeal mix with chopped meat, 2 eggs, a little pepper, a little chili, salt, basil and raspberries. (I use half pastry, half rye flour)

If the dads are very small, do not use the dish for more than 15 minutes at 200 degrees in a hot air oven.

tips:
If you want to avoid the fat while frying the balls, you can put the dumplings on baking paper in a very hot oven (250 degrees) in one block. (If possible, sprinkle with a little sugar to get a nice roast) Serving with pasta of your choice, and if you really want to be spoiled with grated cheese on top.
