Instructions for Kyllingtærte
To prepare the Kyllingtærte recipe, please follow these instructions:
The cooked chicken cut into small pieces.
Bacon FRY and porrene cut into fine rings, sautéed in fat from bacon, and apologise for.
Cream and sour cream mix and add if necessary. a little maizenamel. Season with salt and pepper.
All the parts are mixed together.
Roll out the puff pastry to be used 2 plates to the bottom and 1-2 to the lid, if applicable. 1 for garnish.
This portion is calculated to a roasting pan 35 cm. x 20 size Bake at 175 degrees c. alm. oven for one hour.
Tips:
Boiling the chicken: the chicken laid over in plenty of water, add salt and let it cook up, creamed off of. Chicken småkoget in ca. 60 minutes and taken up and rypper of. Fund (the soup) are stored.
This can be done the day before.
