250-300 | g | Peanut oil |
3 | tbsp | Lemon juice |
450 | g | Chicken breast without skin |
Instructions for Kyllingstrimler in lemon sauce
To prepare the Kyllingstrimler in lemon sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips and mix them with the egg whites, salt, sesame oil and cornstarch. Style them in the refrigerator and let them marinate in approx. 20 min. Warm up a wok until it is piping hot, and then came the peanut oil in. (this is very important with this order, since we will have kyllingestykkene fried-not cooked.) Got the fried chicken strips back in the sauce and cook the whole thing through, add the sesame oil and take wok'en of the heat immediately.
Server it all on a warm platter, and sprinkle the chopped spring onions over chicken breasts. This dish is served with rice and solving is highly suitable in summer, where we will have light and not greasy foods.
