The roses are soaked in port wine for a day. The port wine is poured from the raisins so that they are ready for use. It is recommended to enjoy the port under further preparation. The cream is whipped with sugar and vanilla sugar until it is almost stiff. Kvark, milk and raisins are stirred to a lot. The mass is turned into the whipped cream and it mixes well together. Turn on the ice maker and pour the mixture in. Cooking time: approx. 30-40 min.
If you do not have an ice machine, pour it into a freezer and freeze. To avoid the formation of ice crystals in the mass, stir frequently during freezing.
