Freshly ground pepper
0.25tspCayenne pepper
1Lemon juice thereof
1Green pepper, finely chopped
1cloveGarlic finely chopped
1tbspWorcestershire sauce
12-15Okra split and with the ends cut off
2stemsCelery, sliced
2canPeeled tomatoes
2Bay leaves
2Large onion finely diced
350gCooked shrimp
4tbspOil

Instructions for Kreolerrejer

To prepare the Kreolerrejer recipe, please follow these instructions:

Heat the oil in a thickened pot and quench the ovens for 10 minutes. Take them up with a cavity. Season onion, pepper, celery and garlic for approx. 5 minutes. Add the tomatoes with juice, bay leaves, spices and okra. Let the mixture simmer for 30 minutes.

Add lemon juice and worcestershiresauce and bring the dish to boil again.

Get the prawns in. When they are hot, the dish is done. The court must not be leveled out as the okra separates starch.

Serve with loose rice.
