Ingredients for Kofta & tabbouleh

Cherry tomatoes in half the bean sprouts

Pepper
Beetroot sprouts or the like
Salt

1Onion finely chopped
1tspGround coriander

1-2dlBreadcrumbs
175gWhite beans
2dlBulgur
2tbspChopped fresh coriander
2cloveGarlic finely chopped
2dlBoiling water
3tbspChopped Mint
3tbspOlive oil
4Finely chopped scallions
6tbspMinced parsley

Instructions for Kofta & tabbouleh

To prepare the Kofta & tabbouleh recipe, please follow these instructions:

Kofta:
White beans are soaked in water overnight.
Boxes the water, rinse the beans and boil them until tender in new water about 20 minutes-like spiked soup may.

Garnish with tomatoes and sprouts.
