Instructions for Kiwi Pie II
To prepare the Kiwi Pie II recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir in butter and sugar well fluffy. Whisk the eggs together and add them gradually and stir well. Mix wheat flour, potato flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar and cocoa together, stir it into the batter. Pour batter into a greased pie dish approximately 25 cm in diameter. Behind the at 175 degrees in a hot oven about 40 min take the tart bottom out, cool it. Share it in 2 bottoms.
Peel and slice kiwi fruit in slices. Whip the cream stiff. Put the one bottom on a dish, put a layer of kiwi fruits across the bottom, cover with a layer of whipped cream. Put the second bottom on top, wide rest of cream skimmed over. Garnish with kiwi slices around the edge.
Server the cake as dessert or coffee.
