Instructions for Karrysovs II
To prepare the Karrysovs II recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt the butter in a saucepan. Sprinkle curry powder in. (If you use curry paste it will be used later).
Put finely chopped onions and apples and sprinkle the flour over. Add water and milk slightly at a time while stirring. (Here the curry paste can be added) Let the sauce boil on low heat and taste with salt and pepper.
Variation
The liquid can be completely or partly replaced with coconut milk or yogurt natural. Onions and apples can be omitted or replaced by other vegetables.
