For the salsa verde, chopped garlic and herbs, anchovy filet'er, pickled cucumbers and capers finely. The whole thing is mixed with olive oil. Then add dijon mustard, vinegar. Season with salt. Beware of the anchovies are salty. Let the salsa stand in refrigerator for at least an hour before serving. Rose Kangaroo steaks in olive oil 3-4 minutes on each side and vegetable seasonings with salt and pepper. Let them soak for about 10 min. Salsa can also be used for fried fish and vegetables.
