Ingredients for Kanelis

Instructions for Kanelis
To prepare the Kanelis recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whip egg yolks and sugar thick. Bring the cinnamon sticks into smaller pieces, put them in the milk that warms to the boiling point and pull for 4-5 minutes. Take the cinnamon sticks up and whip some of the warm milk with the egg yolks. Pour it all back into the pan and whip the cream thick over low heat, but do not let it boil. Sift the cream into a bowl, cool and mix it with the whipped cream, then put the cream in the freezer until it is half frozen. Take the cream out, whip it through, put it back in the freezer and repeat this process when the ice is again semi-frozen. Freeze the ice cream, but transfer it to the fridge for half an hour before serving, making it easy to shape into balls. Serve with Frozen Plums.
