Instructions for Kalvegryde with curry I
To prepare the Kalvegryde with curry I recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bring the water to a boil with a little salt and bay leaf. Bring the meat and foam froth until it starts to boil again. Turn down. Let the meat boil softly under the lid for 45 minutes. Keep the meat warm in the soup.
Cut the onions in thin boats. Cut the apples in the neighborhood, free them for the core house and cut them into thin boats. Peel the ginger and cut into thin strips.
Heat the oil in a deep pan and grind onions and apples carefully. Sprinkle curry and ginger over. Let it steam slightly before serving 2 dl of the soup from the meat. Let it simmer 2-3 min. And carefully pick up the filling. Cut the meat into slices and alternate it with onion and apple filled in a bowl.
Pour the rest of the soup into the pan and cook it through. Stir flour and water together for smoothing and even the soup. Taste with salt and possibly Extra curry. Pour the hot sauce over the dish and serve with the hot rice sprinkled with chopped parsley.
