Instructions for Kalkuntouredos with chorizo
To prepare the Kalkuntouredos with chorizo recipe, please follow these instructions:
Potatoes are put in a pan, covered with water, add salt and boil the pot. Let the potatoes boil approx. 10 - 15 min.
Put a pot of water over a little salt and let the beans steam in the boiling water for 5 - 10 minutes. They must not be completely soft. Cut the meat into smaller pieces - 2 per. Person and get a slice of chorizo sausage at the top of each piece along with a little fresh estragon.
Bring the meat well on all sides in butter and oil, sprinkle some salt and pepper and pour chicken stock. Let it braise further approx. 8 - 10 min, and serve the meat with the cloud.
