To prepare the Kalkunschnitzel with ham and cheese (Turkey on la Gordon Bleu) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cook half a cauliflower head divided into bouquets and 75 g small new carrots cut into strips. Pour the water off when the vegetables are just too tender. Add 2 tablespoons of butter, 1 tablespoon dijonsennep and ½ bunch of finely chopped garlic cloves.
