Instructions for Kalkunret with leeks and bacon
To prepare the Kalkunret with leeks and bacon recipe, please follow these instructions:
Saute Turkey Breast on all pages of the fat in a frying pan. Put breast in a baking dish or small roasting pan. Cut deep grooves in the Turkey Breast with ca. 1 cm's deep space. Advantage cream cheese with herbs in the grooves. Saute the bacon in the pan. Take the bacon from the pan. Then saute the leeks cut into rings in the fat a few min. Came the bacon back in the Pan and pour the whipping cream by. Season with salt and pepper and pour the juices into the dish. FRY at 200 degrees for about 50 minutes or until done. Baste the roast with the juices a few times along the way. Let the meat rest before it is cut into slices and serve with freshly cooked pasta or oven-fried potato wedges. Cooked broccoli and/or tomato salad are good accessories.
Tips:
Ønskers there more "sauce" can one possibly. Add a little broth, along with piskefløden.
