Ingredients for Kabab

200 | g | Fresh potatoes |
500 | g | Chopped lean beef |
Instructions for Kabab
To prepare the Kabab recipe, please follow these instructions:
Arrow the bulbs and tear them down. Mix them with the meat and season with salt pepper and curry. Whip the eggs together in a bowl. Stir them in the meatfare.
Peel the potatoes and tear them.
Push them dry with a clean cloth and mix the mass in the drip. Finally add peas and a little chopped parsley.
Grease an ovenproof dish with the oil. Distribute the dough evenly into the dish and benefit the tomatoes with a fork.
Put the dish in the preheated oven and raise it for an hour at 220 degrees. Remove the dish with parsley and serve the dish immediately.
