Instructions for Kødtimbale

To prepare the Kødtimbale recipe, please follow these instructions:

Season the onions in the fat until they are ready. Add the chopped herd and stir until the meat has split. Add curry, salt and pepper and let the curry sweat.

Add champignons and peppers. Add rasp. Mix it all well. Pour the mixture into a greased ovenproof dish.

Whip egg and milk together and pour the egg mixture over the meat. Slice slightly with a fork so that the egg mass is distributed. Slice laurel leaves in the dish.

Place the dish in the oven at 180 degrees approx. 50 min. Until the egg mass is stiff.

Serve the right with flutes.
