Instructions for Juicy buns
To prepare the Juicy buns recipe, please follow these instructions:
Warm milk and milk and add the oil. Let it all be hand warmed, about 37 degrees. It must not boil, so does the thick milk separate. Dissolve yeast and honey in a little of the liquid. When the yeast is dissolved, pour the rest of the liquid. Mix the anise and flour and mix it into the liquid. Save some of the flour to the roll out. Work it all together for a smooth dough. Cover the dough with a cloth and allow it to rise for about 30 minutes. Lay the dough on a floured table and form round buns. Place the balls on greased plates and allow them to rise for another 20 minutes. Brush the buns with thick milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake the balls for about 10 minutes on the middle groove at 225 degrees. Let them cool under a cloth.
