Ingredients for Jordskoklasagne

150 | g | Cheddar cheese 50 + |
5 | dl | Sour cream 18% |
500 | g | Beef, chopped about 10% fat |
800 | g | Jerusalem artichokes |
Instructions for Jordskoklasagne
To prepare the Jordskoklasagne recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the peeled earthquakes into thin slices and boil them in leachate water for 10 minutes. Pour the earthquakes into a sieve for draining.
Then brown the chopped meat into grease until it crumbles and changes color. Mix the sliced peppers and tomatoes and sprinkle with salt, pepper and thyme. Leave it small for 5-6 min.
Put meat and earthquakes in a greased fireproof dish, first meat, then earthquakes and more cream fraiche, 3 layers of each.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Place the dish in the oven at 225 degrees C. alm. Oven for approx. 20 minutes.
