Ingredients for Japanese pork sauté with ginger
1 | tbsp | Freshly grated ginger |
1 | dl | Soy sauce |
2 | tbsp | Brown sugar |
2 | Medium-sized leeks | |
2 | tbsp | Oil |
2 | tbsp | Dry sherry or sake |
200 | g | Bamboo shoots (from canned) |
4 | stems | Leaf celery |
500 | g | Lean trimmed Pork fillet |
500 | g | Squash |
Instructions for Japanese pork sauté with ginger
To prepare the Japanese pork sauté with ginger recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the meat into very thin slices (2-3 mm). Stir the marinade together. Clean the fresh vegetables and cut them well. Cut the bamboo shoots into strips. Heat the oil in a wok. Brown the meat slices with good heat with constant stirring approx. 2 minutes. Take the meat up. Season the porridge and celery with good heat approx. 2 minutes with constant stirring. Lay squash and bamboo shoots into the pan and turn 1 minute more. Put the meat back into the pan and pour the marinade over. Stir through and let the dish sautere for a few minutes under cover. Serve the sauté with loose rice.
