Instructions for Italian omelette
To prepare the Italian omelette recipe, please follow these instructions:
Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices. Chop the onion and cut the peppers into thin strips.
Heat the oil in a frying pan that can stand to go in the oven. Saute the onions, potatoes and peppers along with the spices in about 10 mins.
Whisk eggs with chives, salt and pepper and half of the goat cheese. Turn the vegetables in egg mixture.
Heat a little oil in the Pan and pour the egg mixture on. Beneficial ingredients and FRY egg cake in about 5 mins.
Advantage the rest of the goat cheese over the egg pie with sausage-"grave" it down a bit in the egg mass, so the sausage does not become dry and behind the egg cake finished in the oven at 200 degrees c. alm. oven for about 15 mins.
