To prepare the Italian cheese mousse recipe, please follow these instructions:
MOS gorgonzolaen with a fork and stir in the soft with cream cheese and marsala. Stir the gelatin powder into the boiling water and stir it into the curd. Whip the cream and fold it into the cheese a little at a time. Pour the mousse into a greased rim shape and style it in the fridge until it is quite stiff.
