Ingredients for Italian bread

100 | g | Durummel |
5 | dl | Water |
50 | g | Yeast |
550 | g | Pizzamel amo |
Instructions for Italian bread
To prepare the Italian bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir the yeast into the warm water hand and add salt, honey and oil. Com durummel and most of the pizza flour in a little at a time. Add the flour, the dough gets rid the bowl. Deck the dough with a cloth and let it raise to double, about 1 hour at room temperature.
Com wax paper on a plate and brush it with olive oil. Shape the dough with a damp hand to 3 large balls and put them on the plate. Brush with oil and cover with film.
Efterhæv bread 30 minutes at room temperature. Remove the film and bake loaf approximately 20 minutes at 225 degrees C on the lower Groove.
Some of the bread on a rack in refrigerator and break it apart.
