100 | g | Mozarella |
250 | g | Durummel |
40 | g | Olive |
5 | dl | Lukewarm water |
50 | g | Yeast |
500 | g | Wheat flour |
80 | g | Sun-dried tomatoes |
Instructions for Italian bread 03
To prepare the Italian bread 03 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Turn on the oven at 200 degrees
Dissolve yeast in the warm water
When the yeast is completely dissolved add oil, salt and sugar - stir around.
Make sure the mozzarella, olive and sun-dried tomatoes are chopped and add it all.
Then add the first flour and then add the wheat flour slowly so that the dough does not get too dry.
Be aware that it is not certain that all the wheat flour is in.
Cover a frying pan with baking paper.
Bring the dough into the mold and make sure the dough fills the entire shape.
Put the dough sticky for upright for half an hour. Covered with a clean cloth.
Before the dough goes into the oven, dice the dough with a finger 6-8 places, brush with olive oil and sprinkle everything and oregano on.
The bread must then be baked for 30 minutes.
