Instructions for Irish stew

To prepare the Irish stew recipe, please follow these instructions:

Place the meat in a 4 liter pan and cover with cold water. The water must stand about 1 cm. Over the meat. Bring in the boil and foam the surface of the impurities along the way. Add all vegetables, 2 tsp. Salt, pepper and bay leaves. Add if necessary. More water so everything is just covered. Bring the boil and simmer the dish with low heat for 1½ to 2 hours. Season with salt. I like the vegetables to cook very tender and the potatoes almost equalize the dish. It is a wonderful winterish food that can be eaten by a deep plate of spoon. Sometimes I add more water, so the dish becomes soupy. There is a fair amount of pepper in court, but I like it. Ornaments. With chopped parsley and pickled beetroot.
