Instructions for Irish farmer bread

To prepare the Irish farmer bread recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mix water and thick milk and gently heat it in a saucepan, it must not exceed hand heat. Pour it into a dough dish. Stir the yeast into the liquid and add eggs, oil, honey and garlic. Stir the mixture smoothly. Add nuts, almonds, kernels and coarse flour and stir the dough smoothly with a strong roof. Add some of the wheat flour until the dough is fairly firm.

Then move the dough into a stirrer where the last flour is added while the machine is running. Eating with the dough hooks. It is not possible that all the flour should be added. When the dough stops sticking, there is no more flour in it.

Move the dough onto the worktop and give it a couple of thorough kneading cakes. Pour the dough into a loaf and let it rise on a baking sheet 20-25 min.

Brush the bread with milk and leave it at 200-220 degrees, but be aware that the oven heats very differently. Finally, give the bread a few minutes under the grill, so the crust becomes hard, crisp and slightly burned. It's in the crust, the good taste is sitting. There is no exact back time for this bread. It must bake until it's done and it can take anywhere from 25 to 40 minutes. It must sound hollow when you tap on the underside.
