150 | g | Butter |
150 | g | Sugar |
2 | tbsp | Baileys |
300 | g | Dark chocolate |
6 | Eggs |
Instructions for Irish chocolate cake with baileys
To prepare the Irish chocolate cake with baileys recipe, please follow these instructions:
Turn on the oven at 180 degrees (ordinary oven).
Butter a spring mold with butter and sprinkle it with a little flour.
Melt chocolate and butter over water bath.
Stir baileys in the chocolate mixture and stir well.
Allow the chocolate to cool off.
Whip egg (stucco) and sugar together at high speed for 5 minutes, so it is very airy.
Turn a quarter of the egg in the chocolate.
Pour the chocolate into the rest of the egg and gently wrap it with a scraper.
Pour the dough into the spring shape.
