To prepare the Indian chicken in wok with coconut milk, lemon and tomato recipe, please follow these instructions:
Pour oil into the wok and warm it up. Slide the oil around so that the sides of the wok are lubricated.
Bring finely chopped ginger, finely chopped garlic and chilli and shake it for a moment.
Bring chicken into the mouthpiece pieces and brown them a little.
Bring coarse onion and curry paste in and stir around.
Bring the peeled and chopped tomatoes, lemon juice and fried lemon peel, coriander, bay leaves and a little pepper. Let it boil for a few minutes until the tomato sauce has grown a bit thick.
