To prepare the Icecream Strawberry soup recipe, please follow these instructions:
how to do it
1. Rinse the strawberries. Peel the green peaks of the strawberries with your fingers or cut them off with a knot.
2. Flush the spices and shake off the water.
3. Place the berries in a blender and add herbs, yogurt and honey. Add a nip salt and 3 twist with a pepper grinder.
4. Blend the soup quickly, making it thick, coarse pure and not a smooth milkshake.
5. Taste with more honey, salt or pepper. The soup should not be sweet.
6. If you need to serve the soup immediately, stir the ice cubes and pour the soup into cold bowls and decorate with a sprig of mint or basil on top.

The soup can be stored in a jug, lightly covered, overnight in the refrigerator.
