Boil together for pickle
0.5dlCreme fraise 38%
0.5dlDill vinegar
0.5dlWhipped cream
1bundleDill
1Bay leaf
1dlMayonaise
1.5dlWhite vinegar
1/4measurementCoarse salt
1-2bundleChives
2tbspSugar
2-3cloveGarlic
4dlWater
500gLarge fresh herring fillets
6Allspice
6dlVinegar pickle (consisting of)
8Whole peppercorns

Instructions for Hvidløgsgravad herring

To prepare the Hvidløgsgravad herring recipe, please follow these instructions:

Herring fillets freed from skins (easiest if they are half frozen). Be in the brine for about 1 herring day.
Then let drain in a colander, sheeting, but save some of it for later.

Mix the mayonaise, crème fraise and whipping cream. Add hugs/minced garlic spiked with coarse salt. Herring fillets in the mix, add a bit of herring lagen and taste your way. Then mix in the chives and let it stand diurnal with dill sprigs on top of 1-2.

Then the herring right to taste and garnish with chives and Dill on top of the twigs.

Tips:
Law requires part chives on top for all may taste it. .... My family will not do without a Christmas/Easter lunch without this silderet. Similar like on EVS. doubts. Really good pleasure
