1.5 | tsp | Salt |
3 | Medium sized peeled boiled potatoes | |
35 | g | Yeast |
4 | dl | Hand-hot water |
50 | g | Wheat bran |
500 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Hungarian potato bread
To prepare the Hungarian potato bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir together water and yeast and add oil, salt and sugar. Tear the potatoes on the coarse side of a roast iron and put them in the yeast mixture with bran and most of the flour. Eat more flour for a little while, but make sure the dough does not get too firm, the cloth absorbs some liquid during the lift. Pour the dough well through it and set it to the rake loose and covered for approx. 1 hour. Slice the dough easily and divide it into pieces. Form them for small bread, which will add for approx. 15 minutes on the plate. Rip the bread with one sharp knife and bag them for about 15 minutes at 225 degrees on the oven's center truss.
