Instructions for Hungarian paprika bread
To prepare the Hungarian paprika bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Milk and margarine lunes and pour into a bowl. The yeast is crumbled and stirred in the milk.
Eggs, salt, sugar, peppers, potatoes and flour are added and the dough is kneaded until it is smooth and easily releases the bowl.
The dough was kneaded through the table until it was soft and smooth. Sprinkle the bowl with a little flour. The dough is put in the bowl and a dish is laid over. Raises approx. 50 minutes a loose place until the dough has a double size.
The dough is broken down and divided into 4 pieces. Shaped to 35-40 cm. Long bread. The plate is covered with baking paper or lubricated with margarine. The bread is laid on the plate and a dish is laid over. Repeats approx. 30 minutes a busy place.
The breads are brushed with eggs and scratched with a sharp knife or a razor blade.
The oven is heated to 220 degrees. A refractory bowl of water is placed at the bottom of the oven. The bread is baked on the middle oven rib for 25-30 minutes.
