Ingredients for Hungarian paprika

1 | dl | Crème fraiche |
1 | tbsp | Wheat flour |
1 | tbsp | Tomato puree |
100 | g | Cocktail sausages |
1-2 | Red Peppers | |
2 | Onion | |
2 | tbsp | Paprika |
25 | g | Margarine |
4 | dl | Beef broth |
450 | g | Lean beef in good quality or possibly. veal |
Instructions for Hungarian paprika
To prepare the Hungarian paprika recipe, please follow these instructions:
The loaf is chopped well and the peppers are shredded.
The loaf is cooked in the margarine until they are transparent.
The meat is added and browned.
Add the pepper and flour and stir well.
Add the bouillon and tomato puree as well as the peppers.
Let it simmer for approx. 1 hour.
Add cocktail sausages and creme fraichen and season with salt and pepper.
Serve with rice and coarse bread.
If you want a slightly smoked flavor for the dish, you can cook 100 grams of bacon.
