To prepare the Hrivino Eksohiko recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the meat into pieces and lightly light them brightly on the frying pan. Melt butter / oil into pot, let the onions spin clear. Season the meat with salt and pepper and bring it to the onions. Pour the white wine and let it boil. Shrink the heat and allow it to stand and spin a quarter of a time. Add the tomato tomatoes and let it spin for twenty minutes under the lid. Served with freshly baked country bread and Greek potatoes. However, rice can also be used.
