0.75tspCaraway seeds
0.75tspGround coriander
0.75tspGround cumin
1tbspFresh or ¾ teaspoon dried thyme
1tspSalt
1.5tspMustard powder
2tbspLemon or lime juice
2tbspCognac
2tspPaprika
4cloveGarlic, finely chopped
4Large or 8 small chicken wings
5Bay leaves, crushed

To prepare the Hotwings - Hot wings recipe, please follow these instructions:

Heat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius. oven.

Crush the bay leaves into powder in a mortar, add the bowl of seeds, cayenne pepper, coriander, cumin, garlic, mustard, peppers, thyme and salt and knead it for 10 minutes.
