Ingredients for Hot legs

1.5 | tsp | Caraway seeds |
1.5 | tsp | Ground coriander |
1.5 | tsp | Ground cumin |
1.5 | tsp | Dried thyme |
10 | Bay leaves, crushed | |
2 | tsp | Salt |
3 | tsp | Mustard powder |
4 | tbsp | Lemon or lime juice |
4 | tbsp | Cognac |
4 | tsp | Paprika |
8 | clove | Garlic, finely chopped |
800 | g | Chicken drumsticks |
Instructions for Hot legs
To prepare the Hot legs recipe, please follow these instructions:
Heat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius. oven.
Crush the bay leaves into powder in a mortar, add the bowl of seeds, cayenne pepper, coriander, cumin, garlic, mustard, peppers, thyme and salt and knead it for 10 minutes. Can also be crushed in a kitchen machine or blender. Add cognac and lemon juice or lime juice and mix it together into a thick paste.
Grease the chicken threads with the herbal paste and place them on a baking sheet and back until dark brown and crisp, approx. 30-35 minutes. - Voila!
Served if required. With lots of rice and bread.
