Instructions for Horseradish soup with chicken
To prepare the Horseradish soup with chicken recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the chicken and put it in a pan covered with water. Bring in a boil and foam.
Onions in quarts, carrot, pore pepper and spices are added and the whole boils until the chicken is tender, approx. 1 hour.
The chicken is taken up and the soup is sifted. The meat is crushed by the legs when the chicken has cooled a little, or boil the chicken the day before.
Bring the sour soup back into the pan with chicken pieces and leeks in slices. Boil the soup, simmer for 5 minutes, add whipped cream, cook the soup again, turn it off, and add horseradish and freshly chopped chaff.
Taste with salt, serve it immediately with bread and horseradish in a small bowl next to those who can handle more sweat on the forehead.
