Ingredients for Honningis with fruit
1 | dl | (Acacia) honey |
1 | dl | Sugar |
1 | Vanilla pod | |

2-3 | Kiwi fruits | |
3 | tbsp | Lemon juice |
3 | Fresh peaches (or 3 canned) | |

Instructions for Honningis with fruit
To prepare the Honningis with fruit recipe, please follow these instructions:
Honey ice: Stir the honey lind with lemon juice and add the egg yolks. Beat the egg whites and whipping cream stiff separately. mix first cream foam in honey mixture and then gently flip the stiftpiskede whites in. Pour mixture into a mold and style it in the freezer in 4-5 hours. Stir in ice by and for the first time.
Fruit: Peel the Kiwis and cut them into slices. Chicken and peel the peaches and cut them into narrow boats. Preserved simply drain away and cut in both. Liberate the strawberries for hocks, rinse and halvèr them.
Strawberry sauce: Came water and sugar in a saucepan. Scratch grains out of vanillestangen and got them together with the rod in the sugar mixture. Boil brine for about 5 minutes let it cool off. Snack: take the ice out of the freezer about 10 minutes before serving. Turn it out onto a serving plate. Pour the sauce around the ice and advantage fruit thereon or servèr it to in a (clear) glass bowl and servèr immediately.
