2 | tbsp | Finely grated orange peel |
2 | tsp | Cinnamon |
2 | tsp | Bicarbonate of soda |

550 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Honey hearts
To prepare the Honey hearts recipe, please follow these instructions:
Slipped and chopped almonds.
Honey, brown sugar and margarine is melted together in a saucepan. The other ingredients, except eggs and flour, stir in the cooled Mass until it is lukewarm..
Stir in egg and flour and the dough is kneaded together. The dough is resting at least 24 hours in refrigerator.
The dough rolled out in approximately ½ cm thickness and set with heart shape or cut for template ca. 12 cm.
Bake 5-8 minutes at 200 degrees c. alm. oven on Middle ovnribbe.
Tips:
The dough can be stored in the freezer, so should the Sun for a few hours at the kitchen temperature before it is rolled out.
