Ingredients for Honey Bread

1 | tbsp | Bicarbonate of soda |
1 | tbsp | Ground cinnamon |
1 | tbsp | Ground cardamom |
10 | dl | Buttermilk |
1000 | g | Wheat flour |
2 | Eggs | |
2 | dl | Raisins |
2 | tsp | Ground ginger |
2 | tsp | Ground cloves |
500 | g | Brown sugar |
500 | g | Finvalsede oatmeal |
500 | g | Honey or dark syrup |
Instructions for Honey Bread
To prepare the Honey Bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt honey or syrup and brown dough in a saucepan and chill it off.
Stir the buttermilk in. Beat the eggs into the pan, stir it together.
Mix flour, soda and spices in a bowl. Pour the flour mixture through a paste into the pan, stir well.
Tear off if necessary. Skinned an orange fine and put it in the dough. Then stir the oatmeal and raisins.
Bring baking paper in a frying pan and fill the dough.
Put the honnong bread in the middle of the oven. Turn 175 degrees.
Behind the honey bread approx. 45 min. Insert a small wooden spoon or a small knife into the bread. If there is raw dough, it should bake a little more.
Cut the honey bread into 3 elongated pieces. Slice slices and butter them with butter.
