1 | can | Tomato puree (140 g) |
15 | ml | Sugar |
150 | g | Butter (+ it from pan) |
2 | ml | Cayenne pepper |
20 | ml | Rosemary |
5 | dl | Whipped cream |
80 | ml | Whisky |
Instructions for Homemade Whiskey Sauce
To prepare the Homemade Whiskey Sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
The butter is melted.
Add tomato paste and boil for a few minutes.
Add sugar, rosemary, cayenne pepper
Salt and a little pepper.
Boil for a few minutes.
Add whipped cream and whiskey.
Give the sauce a short boil and simmer for a few minutes.
Take the sauce off the heat and let it stand while the steaks are roasted.
When the steaks are fried, the power is poured from the forehead in the sauce, and the sauce can optionally be heated while the steaks are resting.
