To prepare the Hindbärærte the best recipe, please follow these instructions:
The dough:
Mix flour and butter well, add sugar and knead the dough well. When the dough is uniform add the vein as well as pour well into the dough. (There may be a need to add a little more flour afterwards) when the dough is not glued - but also not dry. Put it in the fridge for 1 hour.
After 1 hour, roll 2/3 of the dough and put into a pie. Peel the marcipan so it is evenly distributed into the mold, add crushed ground and then raspberries, which may be sprinkled with a little sugar on top.
The last 1/3 of the dough is rolled out and cut the shreds that are crushed over the pie. possibly. 3 strips on each joint. Brush the strips with egg pan.
The pie is baked in the oven at 180 degrees C. Alm. Oven for approx. 20 minutes.
Cool easily before serving.
Served with cold creme fraise. :)
