Instructions for Hidden Tenderloin
To prepare the Hidden Tenderloin recipe, please follow these instructions:
Turn on the oven at about 200 degrees.
Trimmings tenderloin. Clean the mushrooms and cut into quarters. Peel onions and cut into thin slices. Cut the tomatoes into thin both. Peel potatoes and cut into cubes. Cut the mini corn into suitable pieces. Rub the tenderloin with salt & Pepper. Place it on the middle of a rent of staniol. Put mushrooms, onion, tomatoes, potatoes and mini corn on top. Sprinkle with a little extra salt & pepper. Set a bit small "tops" butter, spread everywhere. Pressure individual cloves of garlic. Pak stani Sun around and shut down completely. Put "package" down in a roasting pan and set in the oven approximately 1-1 1/2 hour.
The Court can be served with rice, new potatoes with parsley, or similar. Flütes to eat. Note the Court are also quite excellent for Grill-however, it is recommended to cut Tenderloin in ca. 2 cm. thick slices first.
