30gOlive. Green. without stones in brine.

To prepare the Helleflyndersteak with olive remover recipe, please follow these instructions:

Place the steaks in an ovenproof dish.

Mix chopped olives, lemon peel, pine nuts and parsley and mix the mixture over the fish. Sprinkle with lemon juice and olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Bag the fish for approx. 20 min. At 225 degrees C. alm. oven.

Server with bread and vegetables.
