Instructions for Healthy omelette with chicken, green and tomato sauce
To prepare the Healthy omelette with chicken, green and tomato sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Eggcake: Cut / chop the vegetables and beat them 5 min. On a pan in a little olive oil.
Add the chicken to the tern and let them fry with a couple of minutes.
Whip egg, milk, salt pepper and garlic together.
Pour the vegetables and chicken into a smaller refractory dish and pour the egg yolk over.
Behind the eggcake for approx. 15 min (or until the egg sees the puff and golden) at 200 degrees in the middle of the oven.
Tomato sauce: chop tomatoes roughly and the onions fine.
Let onion and garlic sweat card in a saucepan and add tomatoes, possibly a little dried basil and salt and pepper.
Let it simmer for 15 minutes while the egg cake is in the oven until the tomatoes have been cooked to a more even sauce.
tips:
The sauce is supposed to pour over the egg cake when it is served on the plate, but you can also choose to cook a little whole grain pasta, which you then pour over the sauce. Sure, at least!
