Herbs/Spice/your favourite Asian spice
Oregano
Paprika
1sliceLight/low-fat cheese (max 15%)
1tbspOil
100gTenderloin head
2Pita bread (gross/wheat)
2tspTomato puree

Instructions for Healthy my pizzas

To prepare the Healthy my pizzas recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the meat into small tern and put it into the pan with 1 tbsp. oil.
Add spice herbs / asian spice or your spice spice into the pan.
Stir and stir it tenderly. Put 3 tablespoons of water and simmer for 3 minutes.

Cake tomato sauce and oregano on the pita bread. Add the meat and spread it on each pita bread. Add the cheese slanted into small terns. (Half a slice of each bread) and then sprinkle a pinch of peppers on top of each pita bread / minipizza.

Bake in alm. Oven for 10 - 15 minutes at 150 - 170 degrees.

Severes with ice cold water and low fat dressing or the like.
