To prepare the Hannes grill-potater recipe, please follow these instructions:
Forkog potatoes with minimum of salt and cool to they can be treated in the hands of approximately 40 degrees, or colder. The shroud then bacon on each potato and plug them on kebabs. Grill the bacon is crispy and delicious.
Tips:
Fresh green asparagus can also be used. Procedure as with kaftofler. These shall, however, only blanched and NOT cooked tender.
