To prepare the Hamkeculotte with basil potatoes (oven) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Peel and chop the potatoes in slices or terns. Place them and culottas in a fireproof dish of appropriate size. Grind salt on and sprinkle other spices on (also on potatoes). Fill the dish with water until the bare edge is above. Put 50-75 butter / 3-4 tbsp. Oil on the water. Place the dish in oven at 200 degrees / 180 degrees C for hot air. (About 1 hour.
Pour the water into a saucepan and put the dish in again. Sprinkle 3-4 tbsp. Flour / leveling in (which is fat enough) stir firmly around the sauce to have the correct consistency and let it boil for approx. 5 minutes. VUPTI - small dish and ready for serving.
tips:
This dish is ideal for experiments, both in terms of meat and spices. Deered peas and the like go well as an accessory (not necessary).
